We were called out to asses an MRI unit that had been experiencing some electrical failures. We managed to diagnose the problem quickly, and set about separating and modifying the circuits, and adding full RCD protection.
Our fully qualified electricians ensured that all work was carried out in line with MEIGaN Standards, and they provided the hospital with documentation to this effect.
Since the completion of this electrical upgrade in2013, the unit has had no further failures, so hospital staff have been able to continue with their work uninterrupted and without inconvenience to their patients.
